Ashley has been working in the solar industry since 2009. Installing over 2,500 solar systems on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas. He and his team have a dedication to doing the work right the first time and providing quality products including being one of a small number of licenced battery installers in Australia.
Our Mission
At Green Coast Solar and Electrical, we will achieve to have a quality solar system installed correctly the first time as there are over 750,000 orphaned solar systems in Australia. That means… we will be installing a quality solar system in our customer’s home or business correct the first time!
This will only be achieved through doing things the right way for our customers using only the best high-quality materials, installation procedures, solar panels and equipment with real backup support and assistance with no hidden charges or costs installed together with the utmost care and professional workmanship.

Ashley Hoedemaeckers
Director
Ashley worked for 8 years as a technical engineering officer in structural and civil infrastructure. He worked on projects such as the Clem 7 Tunnel and the Gateway Bridge in Brisbane with total project costs $3.35 Billion.
While working as an engineer, Ashley became extremely interested in the benefits of solar. He started an electrical apprenticeship where he was involved in commercial, industrial, and electrical construction and gathered as much knowledge and experience to become a master solar installer.
Ashley has personally completed over 2,500 solar installations from residential to 100kw commercial installations. He has been contracted to install solar for many solar companies prior to starting Green Coast Solar & Electrical.
